The Wing Decree of 2012
“The winged people are individuals that are born with colorful wings. There are different varieties based on lineage. Those with both parents that have wings are full wings, they are fully immortal. Those with only one parent with wings are half wings, they are not immortal. Those with no parents with wings are dark wings, they are not immortal as well. They have a certain type of wing, differing from wing to wing; active and passive. The winged may seem innocent, but don't let them fool you. They now pose a threat to the Mortals and society as a whole.
Therefore, any and all winged people are hereby banned from living in the United Kingdom, effective October the 20th, 2012. All with the defect must live in new territories, and if caught within the King’s Palace perimeters, they will be executed on sight. Special land has been set aside for the winged, graciously provided by His Majesty. A strip of neutral land has also been set aside for purpose of work and job interaction. The new land is required to have a new government, still under the power of King George the Third.”

Summary
Thomas Jefferson has been listening to his neighbor's, Alexander, son cry and scream for the last five hours. So being the caring person he is, Thomas goes over next door to check on the poor child. When a tired Alexander opens the door and hands off the responsibility of being a parent over to Thomas, or for half on hour so Alexander can shower. A sleeping Philip and a falling asleep Alex make Thomas guilty about sneaking back to his own house. So why would Thomas refuse the chance to get to stay with the guy that he has been lowkey crushing on for the past three years?

All Nick wants is to go home. He hasn't been home in three years, not since an enchanting fog surrounded his hometown that doesn't let anyone in or out without madness or amnesia. But he's going home, even if he has to become a super soldier to do it. The fog has someone he needs to find.
Charlie can't go home. He doesn't remember where home is. He doesn't remember who his parents are. All he has is his name, and he can't even say it because of a sigil over his mouth.

Sokka wraps himself around him like an octopus, pressing a kiss to the back of his neck. Zuko makes a soft sound, craning his head around so he can kiss him properly. It’s an awkward angle, but that hardly matters.
“You know,” he says, his hand settling on the dip of his waist. “We don’t have to join the Avatar if you don’t want to. We can just… become refugees.”
But Zuko shakes his head, sighing wearily. “I think you’re underestimating my father’s influence. Besides, I’m tired of living in fear. If I don’t take a stand now, I think I’ll be looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.”
And Sokka gets it, he really does, but there’s a feeling of quiet dread in the pit of his stomach that he can’t quite shake.
After the events of Flirting with the Enemy, Sokka and Zuko search for Aang and Katara. Along the way, they meet old friends and new. As they race against the clock to outsmart the Fire Lord, they may find that the biggest challenges come from unexpected places…

“Yes!” Hen hissed, relieved that she wasn't the only to see the weirdness in the room. “Now, look, they're my friends and so obviously I want them to be happy, but it's also just throwing the team vibe way off.”
Bobby took a long, tired breath. “Okay. So what did you have in mind?”
Several things, as it turned out. Between them, they managed to come up with the very vague outline of a plan. Or a few plans, really, depending on how many failed.
