Better Living didn't keep Party Poison alive as a kindness.

Summary
Gerard still grapples with the aftermath of his suicide attempt, 10 years ago, as he starts having strange dreams about a man with glowing hazel eyes. When he meets Frank, he realizes that he is the one from his dream, and that he may be connected to failure of his suicide. Gerard is curious to know more, but what he learns about Frank will change his life forever.

Frank's been missing for over three months now, Gerard can only hope that he's dead instead of being hurt by the monster who took him. Then, things start to get weird, Gerard hears screams from the woods. When he goes to stupidly check it out, a strange man dressed in black saves him. His theories about the man being Frank are confirmed when he shows up on his doorstep...with fangs.

Summary
Gerard started working at the comic book store when he was sixteen. Seeing as he practically spent all his time there anyway, the income was just a bonus. And, being the awkward, dorky kind of guy he was, he never really felt compelled to get another job - or a 'real' job, as his mother put it - post-high school. So, at the age of twenty-five, Gerard found himself still working there, and not seeing any need to change a thing. Of course, his salary was barely enough to survive off, so he made commission art, collaboration comic books and other odds and ends in order to afford his apartment. He didn't really care about the large amount of his time that was occupied by painting and watercolours, because it meant he didn't have to go outside, or, god forbid, socialize. He was satisfied with the amount of friends he had - Mikey, Ray and Ryan were all he needed. Or so he thought.
Then, Gerard met Frank. And suddenly, he needed that man more than he had ever needed anyone.
