Los Dioses Valyrios estaban disgustados.
La humanidad había vuelto a fallar en destruir al Gran Otro, da igual a quien enviaran para ayudar o que regalos regalaron a la humanidad. O cuantas veces echaran el tiempo atrás.
Pero en un momento de idea, la diosa Tyraxes le dice al consejo que necesitan enviar de vuelta a la princesa Lucerys Velaryon, de vuelta a la vida en la Danza de Dragones.
Todos los dioses están de acuerdo, excepto Balerion. Quien en su infinito disgusto, no permitirá que su amada Esposa y Reina sea apartada de su lado.
Sin embargo, Lucerys Velaryon existe y se ha ganado el favor y el amor de un dios. Contra todo pronostico, regresa tres años antes de su propia muerte y huye. Corre hasta que los Dragones de Westeros no puedan encontrarla. Corre y espera no volver hasta muchos años después, cuando allá cumplido parte de su misión.
Los dioses no tienen favoritos. Pero Balerion se habían enamorado del alma de Lucerys, hace muchos eones. Y los dioses son criaturas posesivas dispuestas a pelear por lo que es suyo. A Fuego y Sangre. Y también a muerte. Muchos años después, cantarían la canción del Dios de la Muerte y de su Reina de las Mareas.

Cuando el nombre de Marian Potter sale de la Copa el 31 de octubre de 1994, se crea el caos. Sobre todo porque todo el mundo sabe que la Niña que Vivió ha estado desaparecido y presuntamente muerta desde que la dejaron en casa de los Dursley. La teoría de los Inefables (tan secretamente descabellada como es) es que ella viajo en el tiempo.
Marian Potter ya ha vivido una larga y feliz vida, creció, encontró el amor y dejo su legado a sus hijos y los miembros de su familia que siguen después. Así como también inspirar uno de los más famosos e infames de los cuentos de hadas, Caperucita Roja.
Gracias al Cáliz de fuego, siendo un artefacto muy antiguo, es posible ver la vida de Marian Potter. Los niños nacidos de Muggles y muchos mestizos han crecido escuchando el cuento de Caperucita Roja.
¿Se sorprenderán cuando vean que el cuento que les han contado, no tiene nada que ver?

The dragon was testing him. "Right," Harry grunted, pulling himself up a little higher. "Challenge accepted. I can do this."
As if in response, the dragon gave a sharp swoop, sending Harry's stomach plummeting in his chest. For a brief, horrifying moment, it felt like they were diving straight for the ground.
“WHAT THE—?!” Harry yelped. He was pretty sure his heart had just left his body.
Then, with a sudden upward surge, they were soaring again, higher this time, and Harry felt his body squashed against Balerion’s spine as if the dragon had decided to flatten him for fun. He could feel the heat from Balerion’s scales seeping into him, a constant pressure of fire and stone.
After what felt like an eternity, Balerion finally stopped his wild maneuvers. The mental flashes of confusion, amusement, and dominance that Harry had felt before suddenly turned to an image of calmness. The dragon’s wings slowed, and the feeling of unease that had gripped Harry loosened. Harry, clutching whatever he could, shot a glance forward and felt an odd sense of triumph.
Or; Balerion scares elderly people, bites dust again, gets kicked into another universe, causes mayhem, eats people and adopts an orphan
