Vaughn’s hand drifts to Logan’s mouth. He places it gently over the gag and Logan’s lips.
“Good. So what I’d like to do? Is take this gag out of your mouth for you.” Vaughn’s palm presses down a bit as he talks. It pushes the gag material deeper into Logan’s mouth. “But I need to know that you’re not going to start fighting, shouting, or doing anything else foolish after I do. Because that, sweetheart? That would make things difficult for both of us — but especially for you. Do you understand?” Vaughn raises an eyebrow, and Logan nods again, quicker this time.
