Summary
Captain Curly was not a good man. He didn't know if he ever was one, but he certainly wasn't when his crew needed him to be.
So maybe it's justice that his former friend, the one Anya tried so desperately to make him do something, anything, about gets to terrorize him. At least this way the attention is off of Anya. But it doesn't seem to be enough. She's still at her breaking point, and he still can't do anything to help her.
But what if the crew decided to do something about it? What if instead of despair, they took their power back?
What if they could do what Curly wouldn't?

Daisuke must admit, he was afraid.
He hasn't seen the captain since before the crash. Well, technically, he did, but he was mostly covered up by Jimmy's arms, being rushed into the medbay. When Jimmy came out, he looked shell-shocked as a soldier, his uniform and shirt blooming with red as the pungent smell of burned flesh coated him like a heavy blanket.
