“Wait, where’re you going?” Wade protests, propping up on his elbows again. “We were having a moment.”
“Yeah, a moment where you almost got sliced and diced like a fruit fucking salad.” Logan mutters, but the malice behind it is performative.
“Was that a homophobic joke? Fruit salad?” Wade calls, and Logan whips around right away, claws coming out all over again.
