Summary
“Yeol, maybe you can write a song about the trials and tribulations of our epic love story,” Baekhyun suggests. He blows Jongdae a kiss across the table, who puts a hand over his forehead, like he’s watching something fall from the sky, and then pantomimes hitting Baekhyun’s kiss out of the air like a baseball player. “Yeol, maybe you can write a song about how Jongdae broke my heart so I murdered him and buried him in the school garden.”
Chanyeol makes a big show of pulling out his songwriting notebook and muttering, “Public humiliation—first degree murder—compost for the garden—got it,” as he frantically writes. Kyungsoo lets out a funny noise, like he swallowed wrong, and Jongdae says, “Yah, you can’t write that for your grad project! It’ll make me look like a total asshole!”
Minseok takes a deep breath, as if preparing to say something important, and turns to Jongdae. “I hate being the bearer of bad news, but you’ve never had to worry about someone else making you look like an asshole.”
Or, Chanyeol struggles to finish the final project for his composition class and finds inspiration in an unexpected but inevitable place (aka Do Kyungsoo)
