“Get off of me!” The shouting was familiar. His voice, usually confident and smooth with the slightest bite, now shook in a way the king hadn’t heard in over a millennium.
Wukong’s mind skittered to a halt. This wasn’t the thief. It couldn’t be.
Or: Someone has stolen a very secret, old possession of Sun Wukong's, and Macaque has insisted on helping him find the culprit. Arguments, hurt feelings, and begrudging reattachments ensue.

Summary
Only a few days after the infamous hitman Deadpool saves Spider-Man's life in a firefight, he takes a job to kill Spider-Man's very own beloved mentor, Daredevil. Things go south immediately.

Deadpool might not be the most intimidating assassin up for hire, but he's certainly one of the most infamous. He has a reputation for playing dirty, and he never fails to take out his marks. A few days after saving Spider-Man's life in a firefight, Deadpool agrees to take a job hunting down Daredevil, the beloved guardian of Hell's Kitchen. He goes undercover as a civilian in peril, Wade Wilson, in an attempt to finish the job, but finds that the unanticipated risks of such a venture may outweigh the benefits. On the bright side, he gets to spend his afternoons with Matt Murdock, a good-hearted lawyer who claims to know exactly how to help. Murdock has a terrible sense of humor and is oblivious to Wade's double identity, but it helps that he's cute as hell.
Featuring the Hudson River, the bullshitting of New York City addresses, Wade's misunderstanding of the uses of bleach, Eve the weapons dealer, Peter Parker's friendly distrust, and some very convoluted metaphors.
