Gemelo malvado, como diría Dustin, con la voz baja e incriminatoria. Mierda tipo ultraman. Will considera transmitir la situación en su próxima llamada semanal para que la situación actual sea menos inquietante.
El tipo está sonriendo cautelosamente ahora, un reflejo de la expresión inconsciente de Will al pensar en la aclaración de Dustin, y no flaquea, incluso una vez que Will pierde su diversión. En cambio, la sonrisa se ensancha, casi demasiado grande para su rostro y definitivamente demasiado grande para el rango habitual de expresión de Mike. They managed to save Max from Vecna at the graveyard(thank God for Kate Bush)but now Steve was displaying all the symptoms of the people who had been cursed so far.
Steve wasn't buying it. He didn't believe that Vecna would just move on like that if he couldn't have Max. And Steve knew that as soon as he admitted he'd been cursed, Max would give him her walkman since it was the only one they had on hand. He wouldn't risk Max like that. Maybe Vecna was trying to fake them out so he could snatch Max away as soon as she gave up her Walkman. Steve didn't know for sure, but he refused to take that chance. She'd been through enough-all the kids had.
If only he'd told Eddie his favorite song when he'd asked.

I stayed because I care about those kids, about Nancy and Robin and you.”
“Steve,” Eddie started, “I didn’t-”
“You didn’t what? Notice? Care? Nobody does!” Steve said, throwing his hands up, “I mean, do you how long it’s been since someone said they loved me? Even my parents can’t be bothered to say that shit! I have been waiting years for someone to notice that I"ve changed! That after everything I’ve been through, I’m still here! I’m not some idiot who peaked in high school!”
Caught in the insufferable silence, all he could do was cry.
