Summary
Vi was laughing with Ekko when they opened up the donations with text to speech. All the hilarious messages they were receiving. She leaned forward and grabbed the mic.
“Heyyy, this is ya girl Vi with DJ Ekko streaming some holiday cheer to our local stations. Donations are open! We appreciate the love and support!”“Gotta admit, this is such a Zaun way to go about things.” Ekko spoke into the mic. “I really do miss the small town vibes. And—oh [bleep!] You gotta fat tip, Vi! Check it out.”
The stream lit up with a $500 donation that rushed to the front with a message that was read out loud.
‘It’s not even Thanksgiving. This station is ridiculous. Stop playing Christmas music!’ The username read K8LN.
Vi and Ekko stilled at the message, “Huh?”
Their chat went crazy.
~~~OR Vi is a failed musician, but that didn’t stop her inner fire to entertain. Not even the strange donations from an angry listener.

Summary
She is the one who changes the bandages on Caitlyn for the time she is unconscious.
She is the one who props Caitlyn up, who gently unwraps the dirty bandages around her head, her eye– the one who carefully wipes the bruised, swollen skin. She can just barely see the stitches through her eyelids, is careful to not touch it directly. She is the one who gently grazes the bottom of the scar through her eye, the one who wraps a fresh bandage around the still-healing eye.
All the while, she softly sings under her breath, “Dear friend, across the river, my hands are cold and bare. Dear friend, across the river, I’ll take what you can spare.”
(There is no time to think when she is caring for someone else’s well being– there is no time to grieve when she has Caitlyn to focus on–)

Working as a stripper in Zaun is not where Caitlyn thought she'd end up, but after her whole life imploded a year ago, she's happy to be employed at all. Meanwhile, Vi has gotten herself mixed up with a particularly bad crime lord who's not letting her loose until she does one last job for him.
Conveniently, the estranged daughter of the topsiders that Vi's targeting this time happens to work at her local strip club.
Aka: I wanted to write Caitlyn as a stripper and somehow I wrote a heist fic.

She stared wide eyed at a woman wearing fishnets and leather that did little to spare her dignity as she was guided through the crowded room by the silver chain around her neck. Despite the cuffs binding her wrists behind her back and the occasional sharp tugs on her leash, her lips were curled into an almost dreamy smile without a hint of shame or embarrassment. The woman pulling her along did so while wearing a confident grin and the sluttiest nun outfit Vi had ever seen, navigating through the throng effortlessly in her six inch stilettos.
She’d clearly dressed for the venue, though Vi knew for certain she was anything but celibate.
