And what if said brother holds the key to the fate of the Enterprise? (Rewrite of 'Datalore'. Will likely expand to other stories. Cross posted from Fanfiction.net.)
(Note: This story takes place as if the original Datalore didn’t happen until around the middle of season three. Lore’s involvement aside, everything up to this point is in line with canon. As such, at this point, Data has already been granted legal status as a sentient being by federation law.)
