Summary
The Strider and Lalonde siblings are an essential team fighting for the rebellion against the Empire ruled by the White Queen. A material trip goes wrong, one that is more than important for the rebel side, and they find themselves held captive on a ship of trolls who are known to work for the Empire. Escape is desired, yet futile and somehow, Dave can't bring himself to be all too concerned when his captor looks the way he does.
(Note: The underage tag is just because Dave is 16 in this story. I may remove it depending on where the story goes but I figured it’s better safe than sorry.)

(karkat is an icubus, and a bit too scrupulous about morals for his own good, which is why he ends up hitchhiking by the side of a road while desperately hungry. he's picked up by good samaritan dave, who has no idea what he's in for... especially when they end up having to sleep in the car. all according to a kink meme prompt which was absolute cryptonite to me.)
