Summary
Stan is still stuck in south park at 22 due to depression and alcoholism. He finally goes no contact with randy and focuses on going to therapy and AA then his therapist encourages him to turn to music as an outlet. He starts posting it online to connect with others which leads to Kyle finding his song. Him and Kyle drifted apart because of his alcohol abuse and after he kisses Kyle while drunk at graduation they officially stop talking to each other. His music goes viral on several platforms and his old friends start reaching out to him.

On his 18th birthday, the Hero Public Safety Commission breaks their promise to Hawks and forces him to work at the Endeavor Agency. At least he gets to work under his personal hero.
After failing his first day at the Endeavor Agency, he is sent to the Todoroki household to be the personal trainer (but more babysitter) for Endeavor's youngest son. At least the kid behaves well, and he's got one hell of a quirk.
After training (but more babysitting) Shoto Todoroki, he meets his older brother.
Keigo can't look on the bright side after that.

Hawks saw this assignment for what it was: An opportunity. He’s been going around in circles trying to find a way to escape, and everything leads to the same thing: recalibration training at best, and a slow death at the hands of the commission at worst. They are not expecting him to survive, he just needs to play that to his favor. He has never given the Commission a reason to doubt his loyalties, he can’t afford to unless he knows he’ll come out on the other side.
