Alhaitham looked like he’d been concocted in a lab with the sole intention of making the most gorgeous man to ever grace the planet, but Kaveh was an artist and he could admire the Archons’ masterpiece from afar while hating every part of Alhaitham that he’d been allowed to develop on his own.
Alhaitham was attractive, of course, but that never had to mean that Kaveh was attracted to him. Or…that’s what he used to tell himself before.

His junior comes right up behind him as he pauses, his tone suddenly softer. “You’re angry with me.”
“Of course I’m angry!” Kaveh spins around on heel and forced himself to stare up at his roommate, barely able to keep the tremble out of his lip. “We had plans and you just…tossed them aside. Without so much as asking me!”
Alhaitham’s brows pinch together as he stares Kaveh down, as if trying to decipher a puzzle. “You could have just come with us-”
“That’s not the point!” He’s far too drunk for this. It’s getting harder and harder to fight back the sting in his eyes and the tight squeeze in his chest. “I just…I need to go to bed. We can talk about this later.”

Kaveh's carried a torch for Alhaitham pretty much since the first day they met. It's obvious to everyone but the Grand Sage himself, but Kaveh isn't ready to put himself out there and risk being shut down.
Turns out keeping his feelings to himself ends up hurting a lot more than he expected.
In which Kaveh gaslights himself (a lot), Alhaitham's bad at feelings, Cyno's jokes are terrible, and Tighnari's just trying his best.

Summary
When Kaveh has a run in with a ley line, he suddenly finds that he's changed. Significantly. And exclusively below the belt.
Mortified, and uncertain about how to deal with his new found...equipment, he goes to his safe place for help: Tighnari. The Forest Watcher takes everything in stride and sets his mind to helping Kaveh figure out a solution to his intimate problem. However, things quickly get heated between them, and Kaveh can't help but ask for more.
What started out as just a desperate attempt to get his body back to the way he's always known it to be, somehow ends up with Kaveh spread out across the bedsheets with three of his best friends showing him exactly how to enjoy this change while it lasts.
And enjoy it he does.

Whereby Kaveh gets a temporary pussy (because magic), Tighnari eats him out until he cries, and Alhaitham and Cyno end up stumbling in on them, only to immediately join in on the fun. All with consent, care, and communication; because how else would the sumeru boys handle this.
