    Summary

She groans again and slams her hand on their united wall. For a moment the singing stops and she has peace and quiet again. Then it fucking picks up again this time lower, and she could scream in frustration. She gets out of the cold water, towel drying her hair quickly and shoving on some sweatpants and a shirt. She grabs a notepad from her desk and writes on it.

She doesn't bother knocking, just slaps the damn thing on her neighbor’s door. Her neighbor is showering anyway not like they could hear her. She walks back and collapses onto her bed, ready to put this terrible shower behind her.

Your singing is shit. Please keep it down and it would be even better if you didn't shower and steal all the hot water at 8 AM in the fucking morning. Welcome to the building.

    Summary

Ten years passed since Adora and Catra had last seen each other, a happy childhood spent together cut short by a horrible tragedy in Adora's life.
Back in their original home town, she finds herself a music professor at a prestigious college where memories haunt her every move. Guilt from what happened takes her to the orchestra, where she finds a familiar face and a rush of emotions from when they were young.
Adora has no choice but to come to terms with what happened in order to move on. At the same time, Catra has no choice but to face the feelings she'd let go when Adora abandoned her all those years ago.
Together, they rebuild what had been torn down, brick by brick. Finding new trust means to forgive. Making new memories means accepting the old ones.
The only thing they knew for sure was that they weren't going to let go again.

Catra knew when she volunteered to work Huntara's shift because Adora was out of town that something bad was going to happen. She just assumed it would be a lack of lunch or another sniping match with Glimmer.

    Summary

The war is over. Prime stands defeated, Shadow Weaver buried, and the Horde dismantled, but what of the scars and shadows left by these figures and institutions?

As Adora and Catra work together with Glimmer, Bow, and the rest of the Princess Alliance to pick up the broken pieces of the shattered kingdoms across Etheria, they begin to realize that even though the war is over, a long road of redemption and healing still lies ahead of them.

Old wounds fester and rise to the surface as the best friend squad tries to make the most of what comes after the war. Forgiveness isn't easy, healing can sometimes hurt, and finding yourself again after years in the dark can often feel impossible, but at least they have each other to lean on and a (hopefully) brighter future ahead.

    Summary

It was natural, right? To want that for herself: someone to tell her who she was, in her entirety, in her truth, whenever she forgot. For her heart to lurch forward and go God, give it to me, where do I start and then fall flat when it came up empty, like expecting a three-course meal only to end up swallowing air.
Adora had always been good at self-control - one of the perks of a life spent in service of whatever she thought was the greater good. But now this hunger had started in her, and there was nothing preventing it from developing further.
And it was all Catra’s fault.

A year after the war, Adora returns to Etheria. She finds everything has changed, except the thing that really should have.
