“Are you sure you’ve never done this before?” Suguru skeptically asks as Satoru presses sweet little kisses down his cheek all the way to the corner of his mouth.
Satoru laughs, leaning back to look at him. “I’m sure. So, how am I doing so far?” he asks, eyes gleaming.
Suguru can’t risk Satoru’s head getting too big, so he says, “Eh, I’d give you a solid ‘B’.”
Satoru’s eyes narrow in annoyance at that. “I’ve never gotten a ‘B’ in my life.”

He tugs gingerly, taking care not to rip it off and disturb Satoru’s skin. He gradually peels the patch off, but Gojo can very well see the omega’s face warm and the flaring of his nostrils.
Suguru clears his throat, crossing his legs tighter with rapid blinks, “You are most certainly quite strong this rut… you might’ve caused a lot of hormonal build up with all of that intercourse…” He sighs, turning his head away from the patch even as he throws it in the trash.
The nurse is blushing now, though his face looks as serene as ever. He’s too good at his job, probably.
Satoru wants to know if he could get his character to break. This’ll be his personal game.

Alternatively, Gojo Satoru is on a mission to win over snappy omega activist Geto Suguru. He's unfortunately the kind of alpha Geto hates.

“Hold on,” says Megumi, pressing the heel of his hand into his forehead the exact same way Suguru does when he needs to massage his temples subtly. “Geto-sensei, did you name the cat after your genocidal ex-boyfriend?”
Or, the one where Gojo Satoru, known mass murderer and scourge of Jujutsu Society, wakes up a few months after his untimely death and turns into a cat to escape being body-snatched by some weirdo curse. It goes about as well as you might expect.
