There was a roaring in Feyre's ears, a popping as the numbness and apathy she'd fallen into suddenly parted for feelings again. She was angry and sad. She had tears in her eyes, but for the first time in too long, since she'd thrown her shoe at Rhys probably, she stood up with her full height and glared with all of the righteous anger that flowed through her.
She was not Feyre the Lady of Spring. She was not Feyre Tamlin's Bride. She was not Feyre Ianthe's Pet.
She was Feyre Archeron.
