Summary
The last thing he remembered was splitting up from Tango, and then being cornered by that Enderman and realizing he was about to die – that they were both about to die.
Instinctively, Jimmy flipped over his hand to check the heart etched onto the palm. Last he saw, it had been glowing red, an ever-present reminder of his (their) impending mortality. Now it was gray and faded, like whatever magic powered it had gone out.
That was… strange. He hadn't considered how it might change after he'd died his third death. To be fair, he hadn't thought there was anything after his third death.
Where was he?
-
Jimmy dies. And then he wakes up.
He finds himself in a strange world where his soulmate hates him, his friends are his enemies, his enemies want to be his friends - and nobody has any idea how they got there or why.
Now he has to navigate a tangled web of foreign grudges under the looming threat of the so-called 'Red King' while he makes new friends, tries to connect with this bitter, traumatized version of Tango, and do something he's never been very good at: survive.

AU where each season is its own universe, and one version of each lifer wakes up after their game...

Summary
A mug clunked firmly onto the island beside her head, and chair legs scraped against the floor as Domino took a seat beside her. With a Herculean effort, Sage dragged her head up and pulled the mug towards her, breathing in the bitter fumes. Loathe as she was to admit it, it did make her feel a little better.
The effect was ruined when she glanced at Domino out of the corner of her eye and saw the expectant look on her face. Sage tipped her head back with a groan, closing her eyes. "So everybody knows."
"Mutants are notorious gossips," Domino said, not unsympathetically. "And you picked a fight with Charley Xavier in the middle of the Green Lagoon."
"It wasn't the middle," Sage groused. "And it wasn't a fight."
--
As a child, Sage was made a spy instead of an X-Man and left to wonder why Xavier had rejected her. As an adult, a combination of alcohol, bad timing, and chance encounters forces her to confront the lasting impact her time in the Hellfire Club had on her, and finally make her peace with the past.

Summary
"Guess what I just did," Bobby said, ignoring him to reach around and get a finger on the side of the bowl. With a little concentration, frost spread out from the point of contact across the bowl and the ice cream inside refroze. Warren begrudgingly lowered his shoulder to give him another bite in exchange for services rendered.
"What," he said flatly, elbowing Bobby until he slid off of him and onto the stool beside.
"I got Scott to play a game," he said archly. "He's outside being, like, really intense about horseshoes."
--
Scott starts playing horseshoes, and he just doesn't think to stop. His friends don't notice, until they do.
