Other kids had white eyes, sclera unstained by pitch and amber. Other kids got sick sometimes. Other kids didn’t have purple hair, or purple blood.

Summary
Every morning Luz sits in the high school canteen. After a while she's not the only one and she recognizes the awful Amity Blight. A topstudent who likes to bully Luz. Ugh. After seeing another side of Amity, Luz decides to turn the tide with a small gesture.

"Here you go! Hope you like it black! Otherwise I could get some milk or sugar."
"Oh!" Amity's yellow-brown eyes looked so surprised that Luz almost splashed the coffee over her. "Thanks...". With a little hesitation she reached out and took the cup of coffee from Luz' hands.
"No problem. Enjoy!" Hopefully she didn't sound too awkward.
And just like that Luz turned around and walked away from someone who looked like she'd seen a ghost. She hoped it worked. Maybe this didn't change anything, but at least she could try to do her best. This was the first step.

Emperor Belos declared that if that ever happened, they should be brought upon him because due to the Titan warning him of their danger. He claimed that they were against the Titan's will.
Edalyn Clawthorne had a baby thanks to a one night stand. She couldn't remember who they were, but the second she was born, something more unbelieveable happened.
Luz Clawthorne was a bloodwitch, she avoided talking to anyone in the demon realm that wasn't her mother, brother or Hooty. That was her family, who swore they'd take her secret to the grave.
