Unfortunately, a longing within him desired for that relationship to go past that of 'friends'. For a long time, he relegated himself to loving from afar, but some advice and spur-of-the-moment decisions take that elsewhere.
Jayfeather has loved Kestrelflight for a long time, but has always been too afraid to admit it. But, when Kestrelflight begins acting a bit more intimate, his own confidence is boosted enough to start making moves of his own. He just hopes he's not ruining everything...
