The only problem is that she’s technically not allowed to be there. She and Rhysand improvise to circumvent the guards’ prying eyes—and they find their banter and tension come to a head.

With the third trial looming, Feyre learns to embrace the reality of her mortality, allowing herself to let go of some of the dogmas that threatened to ensnare her to unhappiness in what she believes are the last few days of her life. Meanwhile, Rhysand grows frustrated when he can’t find an explanation for the liability that is his increasingly debilitating attraction to Feyre.
*insofar as you could reasonably jump into the ACOTAR finale and into ACOMAF without breaking the entire universe. A bit more lighthearted than canon, just because that’s my preferred style!
