While lost in The Darkwood, Alfyn and Therion have a close call with a carnivorous plant. They escape covered in its pollen- the most powerful naturally occurring aphrodisiac in the realm.

Summary
As far as the world at large was concerned, demons were creatures of myth. Most people also hadn't had the experience of nearly being eaten by one though. The experience had left Therion wary of any who might attempt to make advances towards him.
Then his world gets turned on its head, and Therion is left wondering if maybe spending his last night on earth enjoying himself with a demon is worth it.

Summary
Siffrin has craved blood for as long as they can remember. After so many years of wandering, he's come to Vaugarde in hope of finding answers, just as the King's Curse begins freezing the country in time. He's quickly losing hope, but when they come across a small group determined to save Vaugarde from the King, Siffrin decides to join them. They can't get the answers they want if the country gets frozen in time, after all. They'd never traveled with other people before. Siffrin doesn't expect to grow attached to any of them, but as time goes on, the thought of leaving them hurts more and more. Worse yet, they refuse to even entertain the thought of one of them discovering what he is and what he's done. They just know that if they find out, they'll hate them.

Summary
After all- alcohol brings people out of their shell and makes it harder to stay mad at someone after sobering up. So, Alfyn thought, Therion is blunt, rude, and snarky. A lot of that was likely a protection method, but at least some of it was genuine, otherwise he wouldn’t make his wisecracks. So…why not match his demeanor?
A series of mostly disconnected short stories about Alfyn and Therion, inspired by how most of their travel banters involve drinking somehow. Character and relationship growth spurned on by alcohol.
