Summary
The three brothers Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus Peverell crossed a bridge, at great cost to themselves and their family. What the story didn't mention was that it wasn't a normal bridge, but a bridge from one world to another. Over the River of space, time and reality itself. Now, with all three Hollows and his god son murdered, Harry's life is threatened yet again. But this time Death is sick and tired of watching the last descendent of his favorite family suffer over and over again. This time Balerion and his wife Meleys will make Harry a deal.
Trade this life for another. One where he can even have Teddy back in his arms. The catch? He has to become she, Birth Teddy as her own, and stop death's OTHER favorite family from killing one another... and their dragons.
As the life of Harry Potter ends, the life of Haelemys the healer begins.

Summary
Harry didn’t sign up for this. He wanted to start a new life, to escape his old one. So, he opened a café in a new world, setting up the runes like the Room of Requirement. He thought his café could welcome the unfortunate, but no one was crazy enough to pace seven times in a sketchy alley—except, of course, the mad Targaryens. And so, Harry became a therapist and part-time café owner, trying to stick to his morals and not fall for the prince who apparently dubbed him an angel. But the prince dragon's cuteness is slowly wearing him down.

With that the sorting began. Tom only listened with half an ear as his focus was on the Potter Heir. Like the others from Nightingale his magic was wound tightly around him.
McGonagall called out suddenly, "Potter, Harrison!"
With that the Potter Heir made his way up to the stool. The hat was dropped on his head and they waited.
For only a moment before the hat called out, "Slytherin!"
With that the Great Hall erupted in anger.
