Summary
Derek Hale used to be a psychic until a traumatic event took his powers away from him. Until now.
Stiles Stilinski is a detective faced with a case that is getting stranger by the day. He has what looks to be a nasty serial killer on his hands and a so-called psychic who can tell him details that no one but the killer should know. He also has a desire for this strange witness that he has never experienced before in his life and that part of him wants to take as far as it can go.
If only he could get past the idea that Derek can read his mind and Derek can get past the idea that Stiles might well be using him as bait to catch a killer.....

Stiles deals with his and Derek's breakup. He goes to college, meets Peter Hale (again), befriends him, passes all his exams with flying colours, adopts an army of wayward werewolves, opens a school, and finds out that Derek might be (oh not so subtly) stalking him.

Stiles didn't mean to stumble into the coffee shop owned by Derek, but he needed a bribe for telling his dad he switched majors in college. So he's left stammering and doe-eyed in front of the very hot, and very broody, barista.
So if he's left pining and drinking way too much coffee, then it's not his problem.
Just general fluff and coffee and warm feelings. Let the games begin!

“Who’s this?” He asks. Cora blinks.
“Oh, right! Uh, Derek, this is my best friend, Stiles.” She pulls back and starts to move her hands around as she speaks.” Stiles, this is my big brother Derek, the one I was telling you about.”
The kid moves his hands back at her, mouthing words but never speaking. He’s not sure he understands what’s going on.
“He said it’s nice to meet you. He’s heard a lot about you.” Cora says. Derek frowns.
“What?”
“He’s Deaf.” Laura says, tapping you pointer finger to the corner of her mouth and her ear. “You know, like can’t hear? At all? He signs.”
