Summary
Tokitou Muichiro realized he was going to die the moment he encountered Upper Moon 1, he accepted that without a second thought. He thought that it would be the end of his duty, that he would be embraced by his dead family and that he could finally rest.
Then he woke up.
TLDR; Muichirou wakes up in Gotham, accidentally becomes a vigilante, learns to feel safe again, and generally girlbosses his way through a new life. Not exactly in that order.

3. He doesn’t remember anything about his life.But Phantom has a plan. Well, less of a plan and more of a goal. Phantom is going to help people, get himself money, and hopefully figure out just who -and what- he is along the way.
Now if only the annoyingly competent police officer hell-bent on putting him in the system and making sure he was safe at home would leave him alone, Phantom would be golden.
