Summary
"I have to admit, this possessiveness of yours is rather enticing.”
“I should hope thou dost not take this weakness as opportunity for mischief,” Urianger frowned.
“Tempting,” Thancred grinned and pecked him on the lips. “I’m thinking of a potential remedy to this jealous tendency of yours.”
“’Tis plain I need not ask thee to share thine thoughts.” Silvery, long lashes lowered over an alluring gaze as lips ghosted over his own.
“I suppose you’ll need to show everyone I’m yours, hm? Take out your apprehensions on me?”
Urianger’s eyes widened. He recognized this rare mood. The beguiling words sent bawdy imaginings running through his head. Did he dare consider the deeper implications of such an invitation? “It is your fault,” he hissed, the smell of alcohol wafting over him. “Is that what I’m supposed to say, Urianger?”
Urianger flinched. Hearing the words spoken so vehemently from Thancred stung more than he anticipated, tearing open hurts that he had buried long ago. His heart pounded as he laid his hands over Thancred’s.
“If I could but ease thy pain, even for mere moments, then pray, unleash thine frustrations unto me.”

Summary
"While this world lacks not its own travails— in sooth, one may sayeth it suffers a worser fate than our own— our being brought here feels akin to something of a second chance.”
“I can see that,” Thancred said quietly. He had been trying not to think too hard on it since he arrived in this world. Certainly not tonight, or whatever constituted night. Physical exhaustion alone weighed enough on his mind. “Is that why you’ve taken up astrology?”
“To a degree, aye.”
“It suits you.”
“Ah, the star globe?”
Curiously, Thancred watched how Urianger fidgeted with a ring around one finger. An idea wormed in his head, one too enticing to ignore.
“The robe, too,” he said slowly as he crossed his arms and gave a sly smile. “It’s a fetching look. Is that what you wished to hear?”
