Hinata looked up at his phone, when a multitude of notifications went off. Nishinoya decided to make the questionable decision of starting a groupchat with EVERY volleyball club in it (excluding terushima) due to the tight clinching grip of boredom. Fate was as cruel as life was, and apparently took great joy in making his life miserable. On the day of their marriage anniversary, even.
But looking down, he knew he had a reason to keep going.
No, scratch that, he had two reasons to keep going - even if he wasn't as strong and brave as his partners were.
His children needed him.
