Summary
Ever since Eddie was a kid, he's known that he would die at nineteen. He never really came up with a plan for how to spend his last year. But if he'd had to guess, it would have involved spending lots of time with Wayne, and his band, and the Hellfire Club.
He certainly couldn't predict that he'd fall in love with Steve Harrington over a summer of early morning swims and smashing shit in the junkyard. Or the whole monster fighting thing.
(Or: Eddie and Steve navigate a little-to-the-left world where technology exists to predict the age a person will be when they die. Don't worry, no one stays dead.)

Summary
Steve has always had an easy life. As the King of Hawkins High he’s desired, admired, and catered to - until everything starts falling apart. First Barb drowns in his pool, Nancy breaks up with him, and Max gets hurt on his watch. He starts to change, shedding his old ways and persona, as he deals with his shifting perspective.
Suddenly he’s getting into fights. He doesn’t care anymore about what he used to. Then he fails senior year.
Eddie is in the same boat, and has been watching Steve’s transformation, immediately feeling more drawn to this wilder, edgier version. He sees not only the changes but also how aimless he’s become. Wanting to reach out to him and facing his own uphill battles, Eddie proposes an unlikely arrangement.
He needs help with his out of town deals, and hires Steve as a bodyguard of sorts in exchange for a cut of the profits. Steve is eager to protect Eddie, not liking the bruises and cuts that he’s been acquiring, but he also wants…something else. He suggests that they trade sex for services.
Their arrangement shifts and changes, forcing them to confront their growing feelings, and becomes their main concern. Until Rick Lipton gets out of jail.

Summary
Steve gestured him down lower, like he was wanting to share a secret and Eddie supposed he was, in a way.
Eddie crouched down, hands out of his pockets, elbows on his knees, leaning a little further in, desperate to know, to learn, to have the thing that would finally put him in amongst the other archaeologists.
But then he didn’t even have a moment to react, a moment to think.His chin was grabbed in between firm fingers and he was pulled forward, sending him off balance, only barely managing to catch himself against the bars of the cell.
Eddie’s mouth was open in a gasp and his eyes were wide as a set of dry and chapped lips pressed against his own and there was the barest swipe of a tongue entering his mouth.
“You’ve got a deal.” Steve hissed, pulling back to speak into his mouth before it was all over and Steve was ripped away by the two guards behind him.

Summary
Steve buys a little rundown farmhouse after his parents pass. He collects abandoned and stray animals, ones with disabilities and high medical needs, because he has both the funds and the time to give them the best life they can possibly have. Then, somehow, he starts collecting kids, too, working with the foster system to give them a place to learn and grow. Adults, however, aren't really his forte, but when Jim Hopper calls in a favour, Steve can't help but agree.
It turns out that Eddie Munson, a rockstar famous for both his music and hedonistic lifestyle, is going to be Steve's next rescue.

Summary
Steve raised his hand to knock on the door, but it swings open before Steve even gets the chance.
Eddie Munson is shirtless, wearing nothing but boxers leaving his pale tattooed covered skin exposed. His long curly hair pulled up in a bun letting Steve do nothing but stare at that fucking lickable jawline (did Steve mention that he has a soulsucking, heart throbbing, gut twisting crush on Eddie yet) that is damp with sweat just like Steve’s. He looks paler than usual, because let's face it, Eddie has really pasty white skin normally. But one thing Steve doesn't fail to miss is the tent in Eddie’s boxers. His big brown eyes are different, pupils blown wide as he eyes Steve with nothing but hunger.
“Steve.” Eddie growls, and the dark tone of his voice makes Steve wet. Hot dripping slick running down his balls in his boxers. Shit.
