Max woke up in a fucked up timeline where past and present are entangled, where time loops on itself and traps her in this weird dimension. Here, Rachel and Nathan are both alive but Chloe is nowhere to be found.

It's my very own Before the Storm. This is a Max/Nathan/Rachel mess. There’s going to be some caulscott and amberfield in there, with a sprinkle of amberscott. But if I do this correctly they’ll all end up together at the end with a happy ending.

But as the sunlight inched up on Kate’s face as the curtains rose, Victoria noticed how different she looked from the beginning of the year. The bags that Kate always carried beneath her eyes had all but disappeared. Her posture was different, straighter and more confident. Combine that with her attempt to pivot everyone’s attention to her after Victoria literally had a spotlight cast above her head, and anyone could see that there had been a marked change in the girl.
Victoria asks Kate for forgiveness, but that's not the person she should be asking.
