Finally the pretty boy stood up, bowing to his family members, and turned to catch Zoro’s eye.
“Wanna ditch this place?” He asked with nothing but a funny little grin, and Zoro almost choked but those dark brown eyes filled him with such curiosity and warmed up his entire being.
He could only grin back and grab the younger man’s hand as they walked out.
The younger pulled him along as they ran out, people shouting after them, but Zoro did better, grabbing the younger man by his waist, throwing him over his shoulder and hightailing it out.

Liam’s head was slightly pounding, but what really woke him up was the way he could hear more than just a few voices, he could hear the birds from outside, a car alarm going off so clearly it made his ears ring, his senses were overwhelmed.
He clutched at his ears, trying to block out the sounds, the UV lights they had on in the room, hurting his vision. He sat down, pulling his knees up against his face, and blocking his ears out, he took his time, trying to calm down.
It wasn’t until he felt someone in front of him, he flinched away, only to open his eyes and see Mason, “Li, you’re awake” he whispered.

“You’re supposed to command him” Fran spit out, Wednesday ignored her, as she got Hyde’s attention, she could see the change, “I’ve got you, both of you, so just calm down for me”. Thing had slipped off of her and headed to help Eugene, holding down as firmly as he could.
Hyde stilled almost immediately, Tyler’s hazel coloured eyes came back into the picture, the yellow fading almost immediately.

He charms and cajoles when there’s something he wants — and Shanks wants, openly and often — but there’s no lie in it. Just affection, a seemingly endless supply for everyone Shanks cares for, drawn up like water from a well to spill forth.
Setting down his glass, Mihawk turns to him so he can cup his face with one hand and kiss him on the mouth. It’s so very easy, like the feeling he gets when his palm fits around Yoru’s hilt: muscle memory and a sense of belonging. Like coming home.
