Sans works with MRT, Mythical Rescue Team. MRT's goal is similar to any animal rescue team; they help out enchanted/mythical beings. Close to Mt. Ebott is an enchanted forest where many of these mythical creatures live.
Recently the forest caught fire, so the MRT, along with other rescue teams, come by to help anyone or anything that was stuck in said fire.
