Jason cursed as they passed the same boulder for what seemed to be the hundredth time.
He glared balefully at a passing butterfly. His body was growing painfully hot underneath his armor due to the sickeningly sticky summer air, fingertips crackling with embers and infected with the all-encompassing need to burn the damn forest down.
Except that he couldn't. This forest was as sacred as it was dark, and Jason rather fancied living out his second life than not.
