I'm bad at this part but basically a lot of mutual pining and neither of them can identify their own emotions. There's gonna be some graphic descriptions of gender dysphoria and for every chapter will be a different age and point in their life\relationship.

“Yeah. Some guy named Castiel. Nice dude. Big sex toy collection.” Dean didn’t stay conscious long enough to observe a reaction from Cassie. He is not sure what he would have seen anyway.

In which Cassie pegs Dean, Dean can't stop thinking about their new neighbor across the hall, and Castiel is waiting for Dean to get his head out of his own ass so he can take up residence there himself.
