    I have spent years looking for a fic that re-imagines the end of Infinity War and a new take on Endgame. Dark Matter is by far the coolest! I love the concept of Peter inadvertently gaining control of the Soul Stone, and the only thing standing between the Mad Titan and complete dominion over the multiverse is a homeless teenager. This fic also functions as a wonderful bat family piece; we really get to explore how the Robins come across to 'normal' people out of their masks and of course they're complete freaks. I can't wait for the sequel to mesh all of the MCU and the DCU together like silly putty. Five out of five batarangs!

The deeds and achievements of the younger race of Men in all their splendor and horror unveil to the ancient, immortal and arguably stagnated race of Elves, leaving much to be explored of society, history, culture and beyond. More than two decades’ story time tell a tale of social collapse, families that grow under one very large roof, battles against past and present traumas, prejudices, and the slow return of the great First Age Elves to the light of day. Eru Ilúvatar had a plan for this world of Arda. Tolkien never elaborated. So a little voice said: "Go finish the Ainulindalë." And we respectively said: "Okay. I need tea."

    After the tragic death of Lyonel Strong in a fire at Harrenhal, King Viserys resolves to once again name Otto Hightower as the Hand of the King. That night, Viserys dreams of the dire future awaiting his family and the realm. The future he himself has inadvertently brought about.

    Viserys decides to do everything he can to prevent that future and ensure that his daughter will one day ascend the throne unopposed.

    Rhaenyra is not sure if she believes in the veracity of her father’s dream but, on the back foot against Alicent at court, the king’s newfound support is welcomed.

    However, as Viserys’s obsession with clearing a path for Rhaenyra’s queenship grows, is it too late for Rhaenyra to reconcile with Alicent and mend the divide between their two families?

    I adore this fic. It’s such an unconventional take on the ‘dreaming of the future’ trope, and the butterfly effect was epic in scope. Also, Rhaenyra and Alicent get to be unhinged queens for each other!

    Pure magic. Bucky’s voice can be so hard to get right in fic, but this author does an incredible job of exploring his guilt and trauma in just 8,000 words. Also his appreciation for Steve’s ass, but mostly the first thing.
