In a sense, he was doomed from the beginning.
Everything about Jisung felt out of the ordinary. But his eyes were paired with such misery to them. Tiny little frame beneath such baggy clothes, half of his windbreaker’s sleeves covering his palms. Such a serious little thing.
And yet.
As soon as he saw Chan, who Minho was tagging along with, his entire face lit up like he was seeing the sun for the first time, blossoming like a flower. As he listened to Chan’s background chattering, it dawned on him.
Chan, the touchiest person he knew, didn’t touch him. And Minho saw that Jisung didn’t reach out either, but something about the way he held back his hands told him that it wasn’t that he didn’t want to.

Or, between Jisung's too hot to the touch hands, and Minho's too cold to bear presence; a study in connection.
