Summary
Betty Cooper wakes up from a long night one day, and when she's late for work, she ends up going over the speed limit and getting pulled over. She gets into an argument with the arrogant cop, and a week later Veronica, her best friend has the great news that she's been dating someone and wants Betty to meet someone. Betty Cooper was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She lived a lavish lifestyle, went to a fancy college, and had a career as a reporter for her parents successful news station. 'Money would never go anywhere' she thought, well unfortunately it would. After a messy fight with her mother, Betty was left jobless and homeless.
She had been sleeping on her best friend's couch for the last few weeks, when she realised that she needed to find somewhere else to live. Jughead Jones and Reggie Mantle were living in a loft together in Brooklyn. He grew up poor, yet managed to build a stable career as an author. They needed a roommate, and Betty needed a place to live (and a job). But Jughead didn't expect to fall in love.
