Summary
How it started- Macaque wasn't sure.
All he knew, as his back was slammed into the earth, his breath being ripped from his lungs, was that Wukong was in no way going to show him a silver of mercy.
He knew the other was angry from the words he had spoken before. But he didn't think Wukong would get so angry that it would cause a bad fight to break out. One where Macaque would be left bloodied and bruised.
He definitely didn't think it would be so bad, that Wukong would break the single promise that made Macaque feel safe.
