izuku has a very subtle quirk, he makes himself more understandable.
izuku and bakugo were always friends, enter secret communication assignment and everyone slowly learns that. ends with a full plus ultra fight where izuku betrays all those who have been going out of their way to protect him even though they know he didn't need it. bakudeku kiss at the end.

Summary
Overwhelmed with pain during a regular beating, Harry unexpectedly begs his magic to save him and to provide the guidance no one else ever has.
