Geralt came out of the alderman’s house to see a cat talking to Roach. At least, that’s what it looked like, the two facing each other and making noises. He stalked closer and was taken aback when instead of hissing and fleeing, the cat turned and meowed happily at him.
“Hm.” Geralt said to himself. Strangely, the melodic meow reminded him of Jaskier.
