With the help of Shouto’s adoptive parents Hizashi Yamada and Aizawa Shouta. Everything was going good. Life was going perfect, Shouto was fulfilling his dreams of being a Hero.
Except; Shouto is struggling. Does he deserve the love he’s been given? Does he deserve the support his dads give him? Does he deserve his parents? Does he deserve Bakugou? He definitely doesn’t deserve Hizashi-San.
He’s going to work untill he does.

Summary
The public and press were buzzing with excitement and curiosity at the news that Todoroki Shouto, the son of the #2 Hero Endeavor, would be joining the incoming freshman class at U.A. that year.
His homeroom teacher, Aizawa Shouta, however, had seen far too many like him - the privileged kids of famous heroes - egos monumental and undeserved. And Endeavor being boastful, ill-tempered and ruthless at best, made him almost sure that his kid would be most problematic of problem children.
His classmates, while mostly concerned with the start of their own Hero journey, had heard the news. Endeavor was a household name, so of course they’re eager to meet his son.
But once they did meet Todoroki Shouto, he didn't exactly fit into the shape any of them anticipated. In some ways he did - he’s cold and distant, perfect and untouchable. But in others he completely defies any and all expectations.

This Shouto fic will follow the teachers and students of class 1-A as they get to know him, and he them. As a clearer picture of his past and current home life begins to form, every one of them grows increasingly concerned for the Shouto that they’ve come to know and love.

the villain dabi is an asshole and it doesn't exactly take a genius for shouto to realize that this guy is going to kill him. the only problem: when push comes to shove dabi chickens out and now the two of them are stuck together until they can figure out a solution that doesnt involve murder.
or: Shouto is just trying to live his life as an emo drug addict when Dabi kidnaps him and they're forced to uncover their generational trauma featuring aizawa being tired, shinsou being sick of everyones bullshit, izu being gay, hawks being in love, sero and denki being stoners and more

The skill someone from my organization can provide.”
“And what if we decide their help is unnecessary,” Izuku asked. He and Bakugou made a good team. A better than good team.
“If you do not want to work with us, then the case will no longer be your concern,” the man said, “But I assure you these heroes are the best. However, my recommendation, the one we need for this case, is on top.”
Both heroes looked at the case file in sync. The only print on the top file: Ghost.
Midoriya and Bakuogu are tasked with working with another hero in order to find and stop villains from unleashing a bioweapon, blind to the fact that the hero, known only as Ghost, knows more about them than he's letting on. He intends to keep it that way.
