    Emu Otori wanted to create music that could make others smile, so her promise with her grandpa would be fullfilled.
    Tsukasa Tenma wanted to see the smiles of his younger sister, brother, family and the entire world, becoming the brightest star of the universe.
    Nene Kusanagi wanted her talent to be appreciated, after it was always ignored because of her sickening fear of talking to people.
    Rui Kamishiro wanted for someone to just hug him and show him that their world still has so many colors, stopping him from jumping off the school rooftop every morning he went there.
    Each one of them had different goals, different motivations...

    But, most importantly, each one of them wanted to disappear more than anyone else.

    [i put it in the tags at first, but i figured out that's actually important enough to be put in the description instead: due to the latest info about pusu (tuyu's composer), i wanna say that i am not a tuyu fan anymore and neither do i support his actions! this fic was written before it came out, however. i don't think there's a way for me to exclude the ties to tuyu when the whole plot is based on their song, unfortunately, because i really don't want to give pusu recognition...]
