Summary
"When will my brother finally wake up Banner? He"s been in a coma for a whole week and the child won"t move from Loki"s side. He won"t speak, he hardly eats anything and something just isn"t right Banner." Thor"s angry, desperate-sounding words in the infirmary on the Statesman. Thor didn"t know how to react. Loki was next to him in the first moment, says that the enemy ship"s people are there because of him and showing him the stolen Tesseract from Asgard"s vault, next he tells him he loves him and is gone. What was he missing?
aka: Loki was struck after Thanos" ship was destroyed, leaving him unconscious for weeks. And when Thor"s brother finally woke up, he had forgotten more than the last 5 years. Set back shortly after falling off the Bifrost, Loki tries to understand everything, including why his brother broke the promise they made to each other. And why, despite everything, he had followed him after Asgard was destroyed, knowing that Thor broke the promise.

Summary
If you had told Geralt a year ago that he would soon find his soul mate, he would have smiled slightly and declared you insane. He would also have emphasized that there was no such thing for Witcher. They were killing machines, themselves beasts fighting others, only they looked human - but they weren"t. Not to mention they took money for their services.
In short, all things considered.
There were no soul mates for Witchers. How wrong he was…Or in Jaskier"s words.
He knew that his soul mate was waiting for him out there, young, quite naive but adventurous, so he went out to find him. Especially since his father had told him he was a witcher, Jaskier at least had a limitation to work with. So it was only a matter of time before he found him, good thing he had plenty of time.

It"s a fine line to walk, particularly for James Barnes, who has spent years learning more about being dominated and bent to the will of others than he"d care to think about. “There’s a body in the garden.”
The words were spoken calmly, while Bucky kept his eyes locked onto the gangly form prostrate in the dirt outside. When he’d spotted it in a casual pass of the window, he’d experienced shock for all of half a second before he’d quickly transitioned into acceptance and wariness.
He stepped back from the window as Steve rushed up, a damp blue dish towel in his hands. Steve’s eyes immediately narrowed in on the form that was face down by the tomato plants. It was a good sign that Bucky wasn’t hallucinating, and a bad sign in that it meant the corpse in the garden was real.
Steve gave Bucky a look, the corners of his mouth sternly downturned.
“I didn’t put it there,” Bucky said, just in case that was in question.

A mostly-dead Loki shows up face-planted in Bucky’s garden one day while Steve’s over for lunch. (Throws Infinity War/Endgame deaths and other parts of canon out the window.)

Loki returned to Asgard clapped in irons after his invasion of Earth. After much discussion and bargaining it was decided the best course of action was to execute him for his crimes. On his way to his death his salvation arrives, but it is not his brother or mother come to plead for his life.
His savior is a young woman from the village that does not look as if she has two copper pieces to rub together. But she does have a proposal that may save his life. A marriage proposal. By the laws of Asgard this act absolves him of his crimes…so long as he remains married.
