Bookmarker's Notes
Omg, I saved this to read later for years. I am so so so happy with the result. It has all my favorite things; Spock whump, good hurt-comfort; deep introspection. Well done, you, WerewolvesAreReal are 100% one of my favorite Spock author's.

Summary
“Didn't know you cared,” he says gruffly. Spock lifts an eyebrow, and McCoy flushes, ducking his head a little. “All right, all right,” he says. “Didn't know we were saying it out loud.”
“Until now, I wouldn't have thought it needed to be said at all,” Spock says, his voice slow and thoughtful. “I'm beginning to wonder if I was mistaken on other points, as well.”
AU The Empath/The Empath Tag: Humans don't have katras, but why would something like that stop Spock from trying to save McCoy any way he could?

(Star Trek: AOS)
(1/1) (read 1)A wonderful wonderful read. It's very raw and real about the issues people might actually take up as a response to human-alien interaction. Wonderful character study of McCoy. Was interesting from start to finish, short but very deliberately worded, it is the length it needed to be. (Though I would love more lol)

Begrudgingly, Damian tolerates his future brother's presence as he looks for a way home - all while doing everything to avoid meeting the rest of his family. He can't afford to change the past, after all.
Fate (and his love for his family) have other plans.

(14/?) (read 14)Love me some good Damian-centric stories. Damian being a big brother to Tim and Jason is so good. Good read, so happy I found it.
