Summary
“What’s this?” Jiaoqiu asks, his other hand trying to make sense of the creature’s shape: small and rather round, almost hairless. It feels almost like touching human skin, but he doubts Lingsha would have dropped a baby in his lap.
It seems to enjoy the attention, letting out a happy yowl as it presses its head–presumably– against his hand for more pats.
“A tuskpir,” Lingsha says.
Jiaoqiu’s hand stops mid-pat in surprise. “A tuskpir?”
