Summary
As Frank stands there, arm outstretched towards the train he’s supposed to be on, his blood runs cold and he forgets how to breathe. The anti-gravitational residue lingering on the metal in the subway is almost taunting him, telling him how stupid he is for missing the train, and his mind spirals to all the situations for when he does make it back, and how horrible it’ll be for his career. He has things to do and a life already planned out ahead of him, but not here. Not in this timeline.
