I read the Witcher books, and Geralt is a sensitive boi about the whole mutant thing. Multiple times he mutters to himself about how THoSe PeoPLE don"t think he has FeElings.
So I just really think he"d be charmed as hell by Netflix Jaskier. It would be big "I"ve had him for a day and a half and if anything happened to him I"d kill everyone in this tavern and then myself" energy.
So I imagined what would happen if Book Geralt met Netflix Jaskier that day at that tavern in Posada. (Spoiler he loves him.)

Summary
Geralt doesn’t wear his courting jewelry—the medallion is apparently a witcher thing, not an omega one—and Jaskier supposes that makes sense. Geralt leads a very active life, and probably saves the jewelry for situations it won’t run the constant risk of getting ruined in. Certainly a nice set of earrings would be a lot more fragile than the plain studs he wears instead. A lot of omegas don’t wear their courting jewelry day to day, anyway, or at least not most of it. Geralt’s hardly unusual in that.
It’s a bit of a shame, though, because Jaskier’d like to see him in it.

Later on, looking back on it all, Jaskier isn’t quite sure how it got so out of hand. It all seemed so natural at the time.
The first time is a misunderstanding. An innkeeper assumes he is travelling with his wife, and not a grumpy witcher. Apparently, Jaskier just seems like someone with a wife. And it seems easier to go along with it.
And then the nicknames start. And he can’t make himself stop.

“Don’t tell Yennefer, but I know I can’t hide the crow’s feet any longer,” Jaskier continued, as though the lines weren’t witnesses of years spent smiling until his eyes crinkled. “I am not like I used to be.”
“Your eyes are still blue.”
Jaskier was quiet for a moment, just looking at Geralt, thinking, searching. “Most people’s eyes become blue when they get old.” There was something in his smile that seemed not quite wrong, but…wistful. “Your eyes will stay golden. Always young.”
or: When Jaskier gets too old to accompany Geralt on his hunts, they retire to the coast. Sometimes it"s hard, sometimes it"s beautiful and sometimes it"s devestating. But it is always, always worth it.
