He was a lanky high schooler back then, with big, doe eyes that always looked so detached from the rest of the world. Seokjin had offered him a genial smile, like how his parents taught him to, while introducing himself.
When their eyes met, something snapped inside Seokjin’s head and he knew it that instant, though he never spoke of it. It was through Jungkook’s quietly blossoming smirk and his own fading smile, that he knew.
