Summary
Leo Valdez usually sleeps in the control room of Argo II. That is to say, when he does sleep he sleeps in the control room. It is warm in there. Safe. But, most importantly, it's away from the others so that when his dreams inevitably become nightmares he doesn't bother the others with his screams.
But after accidentally falling asleep in Jason's room, Leo has to confront not only his horrible memories but also the fact that no matter what he thinks, he no longer has to go through the nightmares alone.

Summary
The first ghost Eugene saw wasn’t anyone he knew. It wasn’t even a human, but a racoon. Most ghosts were animals, actually. People always seemed surprised when he told them that, but they were everywhere, prone to violent ends, and noticeable in daylight.
Violence didn’t make a ghost — there were simply too many of them for that — but it seemed to keep them stuck in the world for longer.
Eugene is a lonely child and a lonely adult — until the Drawtectives.
