"You're such a pain in the ass, you know that?" I said, my voice low and breathless.
Billy huffed a laugh, his hands sliding up my sides. "And you're even more stubborn than you were in high school."
I opened my mouth to say something smart-ass in return, but before I could get the words out, Billy's lips crashed against mine. The kiss was intense and hungry, erasing the last pieces of anger between us.

Summary
The first time that Sokka sees his childhood nemesis after ten years of blissful separation, he makes out with him in front of his homophobic family. Zuko's proposal- that they fake a relationship for a summer of public events on Sokka's home island to mess with his father and grandfather- is absolutely ludicrous, and it definitely won't work. Not only is Sokka straight, but he and Zuko have hated each other for as long as he can remember.
Then Sokka realizes he can use it to his own advantage as well. It's just for the summer, right?
