Another heroic adventure of Moana of Motunui and the demigod Maui had come to an end. Nalo was defeated, the curse was broken, and Motufetu had risen from the watery depths. Tribes from across the ocean reunited once more, Moana's dream had come true, and she proudly led guests to her home island. This time, the victory had been much harder to attain, and though she had nearly lost her life, the young daughter of the chief had acquired the gift of the Gods — and one more breath. Now, surely the dangers in her path should be over, right?

Summary
Moana took the gift of the Gods as something sacred when she got converted to a demigoddess. She grew up and continued her mission to keep connecting the people of the islands all around the ocean. Maui stayed with her after defeating Nalo, they kept their relationship as friends, normal. But Moana life's decisions are always challenged by deep feelings inside her, she should start getting used to that at this point.
As she matures, Maui's way of treating her, talking to her, and touching her causes new feelings to develop. The worst part, as she gets to her 20 she needs to control new aspects of her new demigoddess phase, lucky for her she has an experienced partner. A partner that is causing her trouble to concentrate daily.
If only she knew that his partner in adventures is not feeling too different about her.* According to Google Moana in Moana 2 is 19 years old, she would be 20 in this fic*
